Jesse (Rudy) Moreno, 50, born December 18,1941, passed away Monday, July 13, 1992.  Native of Austin, Texas, Houston resident for the past 26 years.  Artist and designer with the Freeman Decorating company for the past 22 years.  Preceded in death by fater, Robert B. Moreno; survivors:  Wife, Dominga (Minga) Moreno; sons, Jesse R. Jr. and wife Lisa, Joe David and Chris, all of Houston; mother, Margaret L. Moreno; brothers, Robert Jr., Richard Roland and Michael Moreno; sisters, Rebecca Arredondo, Rachel Martinez, Tommie Lopez and Margaret Alvarado, all of Austin. Visitation from 12 noon until 9:00pm, where a vigil for the deceased will be held 7:00 pm, Wednesday, July 15, 1992.  Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral Liturgy will be held at 10:00 am., Thursday, July16, 1992 at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. 6646 Addicks Satsuma Rd.,  The Rev.
