Louis O Limon, Sr.

LIMON, Sr., Louis O. Our Beloved Louis O. Limon, Sr., age 73, of Austin, Texas, was called by our Heavenly Father on Monday, August 7, 2017. He passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family. He was preceded in death by his father, Francisco "Frank" L. Limon, Sr.; his brother Frank Limon, Jr.; sister, Evangelina Limon; brothers-in-law, Navell Garcia, Sr. and Lupe Barron, and his sister-in-law, Dorothy Limon. Mr. Limon proudly served our country as a member of the United States Navy. Louis is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Mary Frances Cardenas Limon; his mother, Eloisa Ojeda Limon; his children, Louis (Maria) Limon, Jr., Derrick (Daphiney) Limon, Denise (Edward) Venegas; his siblings, Rebecca Garcia, Lucy Barron, Joe (Virgie) Limon, John "Canica" H. Limon, Martin (Yolanda) Limon, John O. Limon, Paul O. Limon, Sr., and Virgil (Diana) Limon; 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, August 10, 2017, Mission Funeral Home South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 11, 2017, St. Julia Catholic Church, 900 Tillery St., Austin, Texas. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
