Ernest Perales long time community servant and Disabled Vietnam Veteran born January 19, 1945 passed away Sunday July 15, 2018.

He preceded in death by his father, Augustine Perales; his mother, Mary Gonzales Perales.

Ernest is survived by his wife, Tina Valdez Perales; daughters, Kathy Bacon and husband Ron, Sandra Davila and husband Mark, Karen Perales; granddaughter, raised by him, Rebeka Perales Duran and husband Larry; stepsons, Pete Valdez, David Valdez, Jason Valdez; stepdaughter, Kristen Valdez. Along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Terri Cano.

He passed away in peace with the vision of angels guiding the way to heaven. His family and loved ones were by his bedside to comfort his journey to a better place.

Recitation of the Rosary will be at 7:00 pm Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress.

Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am July 20, 2018 at St. Ignatius Church.

Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
