Carmen D. Salas
(October 25, 1947 - November 29, 2008)

On Saturday, November 29, 2008, Carmen D. Salas, age 61, was called home by our heavenly Father. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Rafaela Delgado, her birth mom, Augustina Navarro and her two sisters Candelaria and Josefina.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Jesse; four children: Lisa Acosta (Andy), Rosie Salas (Oscar), Jesse Salas, III, Jessica Salas, nine grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, 10 brothers and sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel on Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2008 at 7:00pm. Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at 10:00am at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. Internment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
