Albert Dobbs, Sr., 40, of Austin, passed away Wednesday.

Survivors include: wife, Gwen Dobbs; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie Dobbs; sons, Albert Dobbs, Jr., Shane Dobbs; daughter, Carissa Dobbs, all of Austin; sister, Martha Raven of Spring; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service, 1:30 PM, Saturday at Wilke-Amey-Clay Funeral Home, with Reverend Joe Clawson officiating.  Burial, Forest Oaks Memorial Park.

Services uder the direction of Wilke-Amey-Clay Funeral Home.

Served in Army in Viet Nam during war time and received a purple heart for his courageous actions. Loved his family dearly.
