Mr. Gus Z. Barron Oct. 24, 1956 - Aug. 27, 2011 Mr. Gus Z. Barron was born October 24, 1956 and passed away peacefully at the age of 54 on August 27, 2011 with his children by his side. He was preceded in death by his father, Alejandro Barron, brothers, Martin Barron and Robert Zamarripa. He is survived by his mother, Guadalupe Ancira Zamarripa, children, Lucianna Puebla (Eloy), Justin Barron (Chelsea), Gussie Barron, Clara Barron, and Andee Barron, sisters, Helen Garcia, Rene Martinez, Gloria Eliott, four granddaughters, and five grandsons. We all love you daddy and will miss you dearly. You will always be with us in our hearts. The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name's sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever. Recitation of the rosary will be at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 30, at the Angel Funeral Home. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 31, at San Jose Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
