Concha, “Connie,” Rivera Olson, 68, of Pflugerville, Texas sadly left us on December 27th, 2022. Connie was born on September 28th, 1954 in Austin, Texas.

Connie was a beautifully unique soul with the biggest heart. Her ability to embrace us all without questions will be missed. Connie’s love had no limit when it came to those she cared for. Her love for cats and a good discount will be remembered by her loved ones. Her daily phone calls that started with the same phrase “whatcha doin’?” will be constantly missed.

Connie will be missed, but we are happy that she is reunited with her parents, Ricardo Rivera and Maria Salazar Rivera; along with her brothers, Bennie and Pete Rivera. Connie is survived by her husband of 30 years, Robert Olson; and her children: Patrick Mascorro, Letitia Dixon-Combs, Heather Olson, and Stephanie Blais. Her siblings, Janie Guerrero, Richard Rivera Jr., Ophelia Ramirez, Christine Schmidt, and Gloria Avila. Fond memories will be shared by her grandchildren: Samantha, Anthony, Lee, Zachary,

James, Hannah, Jacob, Jason, and Gage. There are many more people that Connie left a piece of her heart with as well.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 4, 2022 at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville, Texas. The funeral service will begin at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 5, 2022 also at the Funeral Home. Connie will then be laid to eternal rest in Cook-Walden/Memorial Hill Cemetery which is located at the intersection of North Interstate 35 and Howard Lane.
