LUNA, Ernest R.
Luna, Ernest R. (Lunatick), age 58, of Austin, died Tuesday, August 4, 2015, after battling cancer. He attended A.S. Johnston High School before joining the US Navy, in 1974, where he served proudly. He loved his Texas Longhorns, Dallas Cowboys, and the SA Spurs. He also loved to play golf.
Ernest was preceded in death by: Parents: Joe Y. and Alice R. Luna; Brothers: Joe D. and Randolph Luna. Survivors: Children: Ernestina, Tawni and Troy Luna; Grandchildren: Keano, Kara, Kenzie, Illiana and Isaiah; Brothers: Oscar, Adolph, Arnold and Xavier Luna; Sisters: Sylvia Roberts, Deborah and Jovanna Luna.
Service will be at Angel Funeral Home, 1600 S. 1st, Austin, TX, on Friday, August 7, 2015. Viewing: 4:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.; Honor Guard ceremony: 5:00 p.m.; Rosary: 7:00 p.m.
