Kenneth Moore - Class Of 1974

SGT. Kenneth Moore, 47, Lindale, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday at Clear Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. Billy Neal officiating.  Burial will be in Clear Springs Cemetery under direction of John R.M Harmon Undertaking Co., Tyler.  Mr. Moore died June 21, 2002  in a Dallas hospital.  He was born Jan. 28, 1955, in Austin and attended A.S. Johnston High School in Austin.  He served in the Army and had lived in Dallas and Smith counties.  He was an accouting technician and member of Clear Springs Baptist Church, Blacks in Government-Dallas Branch, and Across the Creek Riding Association.  He was preceded in death by a daughter, his father and a brother.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret Moore, Lindale; sons Kenneth Moore Jr., Austin and Robert Bolden III, Tyler; daughters, Felicia Moore and Kendrayln Moore, both of Austin, Clotel McGee Friend and Yasmine, both of Lindale; mother, Bobbie Smith Moore, Austin; brothers, Anthony and Byron Moore, both of Austin;sisters, Eddie Jean Ingram, Georgia, and Mamie Hill, Austin; and six grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Anthony Friend, Kenneth "Baby Boy" Moore, Jr., Joseph Hawkins, Donnie Hill and Roy Mccuin.  

Honorary pallbearers are William Friend, Homer Earl, James Ingram, Frank Woods, Albert Williams, Vincent Moore, Pat Coffee, Matthew Johnigan, Calvin Williams, Cedrick Hawkins, Willie McGee, Rodney McGee, Robert Hedalgo and Across the Creek Riding Association.
