Kurt Anthony Jobe(1/14/1958-6/23/2001) was born on January 14, 1958, in St Paul, Minnesota, to his parents, Benjamin and Shirley Jobe.  Kurt graduated from Johnston High School in 1976, and obtained his B.A. Degree from UT in 1982.  Kurt worked for the late State Representative, Larry Evans, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, The City of Austin and several non-profit organiations committed to providing an array of social services to the underprivledged.  He also served on several boards and commissions in the Austin Metro Area.  He is survived by his parents, Benjamin and Shirley Jobe; brothers, Robert, Van (d.), Darian;and sister, Patricia;grandmother, Susie Guinn;and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 27, 2001, at 11:00 a.m. at Greater Mt.
