FUENTES, Bernave Vasquez

It is with deepest sorrows to announce the death of Bernave Vasquez Fuentes. Ben was born July 7, 1958 and passed away Apr 27, 2014 at Seton Medical Center. Ben lived in Austin his whole life and spent all his time helping everyone. He is a Johnston high school graduate, was a devoted capital metro driver and an avid gun collector. He loved everyone he met. His heart of gold will be truly missed but never forgotten. 

He is proceeded in death by his father Bernave Fuentes Sr., grandmothers Beatriz and Guadalupe, brother Richard, sister in law Juliet and his partner in crime nephew "Baby D". 

He is survived by his mother Jesusa Fuentes, daughter Renee and son in law Frank, daughter Ophelia and son in law Sean, Son Jesse and daughter in law Samantha. 12 grandchildren: Alicia, Christopher, Joesiah, Paradise, Dynasti, Jesse, Elijah, Jessire, La Reyna, David, Mira, and Isaiah. brothers David and family, Daniel and family, Robert and family, Benito and family. Sisters Lupe and family, Ana and family. 

A prayer service will be held in his honor at Mission Funeral Home on Cesar Chavez Wednesday April 30, 2014 at 7pm. A Chapel service will be held Thursday, May 1, 2014 at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Austin Memorial Park.
