Mrs. Margaret Acosta Guerrero
May 14, 1958 –January 9, 2014

Our beloved Margaret “Acosta” Guerrero, age 55, was called to serve our Heavenly Father on Thursday, January 9, 2014.
She was a devoted sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
She was preceded in death by her father, Felipe D. Acosta and mother, Beatrice Garcia Acosta.
She is survived by her husband, Joe Guerrero, Jr., sons, Christopher Mendoza and his wife Patty, Joshua Guerrero and his fiancé Nikki, daughters, Monica Beltran and husband Joey, Irene Elizabeth Guerrero and Eric, brothers, Philip Acosta, Jr. and his wife Imelda, Mario Acosta and his wife Barbara, sisters, Irene Acosta and her husband Jerry, Elizabeth Rutledge her husband Mike. She was blessed with 12 amazing grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the Texas Oncology Center South, St. David’s Medical Center South and the Hospice Austin’s Christopher House for their dedication, support, and devoted compassion.
The family of Mrs. Guerrero will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. Sunday.
Recitation of the rosary will be at 7:00 p.m. Sunday at Angel Funeral Home. Margaret will lie in state at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church (Kyle, Texas) at 9:00 a.m. Monday, where her Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the Guerrero family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, specifically Colon Cancer, or Hospice Austin’s Christopher House in her memory
