Martha Sustaita Colmenero Our beloved Martha Sustaita Colmenero, 50, a lifelong resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, January 2, 2007. A loving and wonderful wife, mother, daughter and friend, who was the event planner of the family for all the celebrations. She will be remembered as an angel to her family who will be missed but never forgotten. Survived by her beloved husband of 19 years, Jose Refugio Colmenero; daughter, Lenora Rocha; parents, Miguel "Mike" and Ramona Sustaita; 3 sisters, Maria Elena Selvera (Mando), Alicia Gauna, Angie Sustaita; 3 brothers, Mike Sustaia, Jr. (Mary), Manuel Sustaita (Aide) and Ramon Sustaita, and a host of nieces and nephews. Recitation of Holy Rosary Thursday at 7:00 p.m. Remembrance Chapel-Mission Funeral Home (Cesar Chavez). Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Julia's Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. John Boiko officiating. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Pallbearers are Mike Sustaita, Jr., Manuel Sustaita, Ramon Sustaita, Ciro Carrillo, Orlando Martin Suarez, Alex Amaro, Art Ruiz and Jesse Alvarez.
