Yolanda "Yoli" Rodriguez passed away suddenly on December 26, 2017, while in the company of family, in New Orleans. Yoli is survived by her sisters Mary Ann and husband Ron Egelhoff, Sylvia Perez, Gloria and husband Carlos Gil, brothers Johnny Rodriguez and Daniel Scales, numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, as well as he beloved cat Chloe. She was proceeded in death by her father Jimmy, mother Connie, sister Baby Connie, and brother in law Tony Perez.
At Yoli's request she was cremated. A memorial mass to celebrate her life will be held on Friday, January 19th at St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church, at 10:00 a.m. The church is located at 4800 Convict Hill Road, Austin, 78749. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Emancipet Austin, the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians (HAAM), or her favorite station SUN radio, where they knew her by name.
