Fatima Arispe (Chiles) - Class Of 1975

Fatima ( Tyma ) Chiles 1956 - 2006 Tyma Chiles of Austin went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 20th 2006. Tyma was a very loving, kind and caring person, for we know she touched and cared for countless people while employed at Brackenridge Hospital and Party Time Waiter Services. Tyma was full of life and a spirit that would not quit, always a fighter, forever persistent. Tyma you were a wonderful mother, grandmother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt and you will forever live in our hearts. We thank you for the time, joy, and love you gave us here on earth. GOD made you just the way you are, loved you just where you were and now has you just where he wants you. Her family and all who knew her will miss Tyma. She was preceded in death by her mother Hortense Arispe; brothers, Tony Arispe and Anthony Ramirez. She is survived by her loving husband Don Atkinson; her children, Zac Castro, Felix Quintanilla, Andrew and Jennifer Galvan, Yvette Finley, Ray and Trent Atkinson; granddaughter, Zariah Fatima Ramirez; father, Tony Arispe; sisters, Pat Arispe (Rick Chapa), Vita Calzadilla (Charlie) Michelle Ramirez (Louis Vargas), Maricela Andrade(Juan); brothers, Michael Arispe (Monica), Antonio Arispe (Angie) and Charlie Ramirez. Lord we thank you for the Love you gave us through your daughter Tyma. We will always treasure her in our hearts. We thank you for the tremendous outpouring of your love you have shown us through a multitude of friends, family and co-workers who have reached out, cared, supported and visited in her time of need. Honoring Tyma as pallbearers will be Joseph, Richard, Michael J. and Jacob Arispe, Leon Chapa and Adam Gonzales. Honorary pallbearers will be Zachary Castro, Felix Quintanilla and Andrew and Jennifer Galvan. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Monday, May 22, 2006 with the Recitation of the Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Colonial Chapel of Cook-Walden Funeral Home, 6100 North Lamar Blvd. Austin, Texas 78752. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 23, 2006 at San Jose Catholic Church with Father Tom Frank and Father Charles Davis as celebrants. Committal services will follow at Assumption Cemetery, Austin, Texas.
