Mr. Jose Antonio Rios, 48, of Austin, passed away Friday, August 3,2001.  Recitation of the rosary will be at 7:30 pm, Sunday, at the Angel Funeral Home.  Funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am, Monday, at San Jose Catholic Church.  Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery.

Mr Rios is survived by his wife, Berniece Rios; daughters, Maricella Banda, Christina Gutierrez, Jessica Gutierrez, sons; Sterling Rios, Jose Gutierrez, Jr; step-father, Angel Ronje;sisters, Sylvia Flores, Mary Frances Martinez, Connie Mexquitic, all of Austin; brothers, Juan Rios of Austin, and Santos Ronje of Corpus Christi; 9 grandchildren; and 8 Godchildren.
