Andrew Lee Burse Jr., known as ``Drew' age 24, was born on August 7, 1979, in Austin, Texas. He passed away on March 23, 2004. He was the youngest of two children born to Andrew Lee Burse and Alice Simpkins Burse. He graduated from A.S. Johnston High School in 1997. Received two (four year scholarships) for academic. Later furthered his education at Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas. He was also a member of the City League Basketball Team in Brownwood. Andrew leaves to cherish his memories, parents, Andrew and Alice Burse; sister, Adrienne Burse; niece, Ariana Burse; grandmother, Luella Burse, all of Austin; a special friend Alicia Lovelady, her daughter, A'lexus Scott both of Brownwood, Texas; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held at David Chapel Missionary Baptist Church on Tuesday, March 30, 2004, at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be held on Monday March 29, 2004, after 12:00 noon. Arrangements have been entrusted to the caring professionals of King- Tears Mortuary Inc.
