Josephine Colunga Fuentes Obituary

December 1, 1980 - June 12, 2018

Our beloved Josephine Colunga Fuentes, age 67, resident of Austin, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, June 12, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her father,  Albert Y. Colunga; her grandchildren, Olivia Segura and Bobby Joe Moreno; and siblings, Dave Colunga and Guadalupe Colunga.

She is survived by her long time companion, Luis Sanchez; her mother, Felis A. Colunga; her children, Yvonne Colunga, Janelle Moreno Baines and her husband Timothy, and Mary Rendon; grandchild, Mark Rendon and great grandchildren, Maricella Rene Rendon, Olivia Azul Moreno, and Julian Rene Maton; her siblings, Gloria Colunga Tobias and her husband, Albert, Albert Colunga, Jr. and his wife, Estella, Manuel Colunga and his wife, Mary, Rick Colunga and his wife, Stella, Delia Trejo and her husband, Danny, John Colunga and his wife, Mary, and Ray Colunga; numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., Monday, June 18, 2018 with Recitation of the Holy Rosary held at 7:00 p.m., Mission Funeral Home, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at St. Julia Catholic Church, 900 Tillery St., Austin, Texas. . Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
