Our Beloved Joe Cantu, age 65, of Del Valle, Texas, was called by Home on Friday, July 26, 2019. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Adam and Inez Cantu; siblings Adam Cantu Jr, Angelita Ontiveros, Domingo Cantu and Salvador Cantu. He is survived by his siblings; Anita Cantu (Berna Silva), Rudy (Susan) Cantu, Alvaro (Olivia) Cantu, Mary (Richard) Orona, Andrew Cantu Sr and Thomas (Velia) Martinez and godson Richard Orona III; as well as numerous other loving family and friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. with the Recitation of The Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at Mission Funeral Home - South located at 6204 South First Street; Austin, Texas 78745. Scripture Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at Mission Funeral Home - South. This will conclude services for Mr. Cantu.
