Our beloved Eva Gandara Davila, age 66, resident of Austin, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Saturday, July 21, 2018. She was preceded in death by her children, Thomas B. Davila and Jacob Davila; grandson, Joshua Davila; parents, Benito Garcia Gandara and Maria Rafaela Marquez; siblings, Mauricio Gandara, Benito Gandara, Irene Gandara, Lilemae Gandara-Rios, and Mark Morales. She is survived her children, Benjamin Davila and his wife Chelsea, and Sylvia Davila; grandchildren, Heather Davila, Delicia Davila, William Clark Bartlett, Jr., Sierra Schleyer, Savanna Davila, Thomas Jeremy Davila and numerous great grandchildren. In addition, Eva is survived by her siblings, Janie Rivera, Minerva Lopez, Margie Rodriguez, Mary Helen Gandara, Georgia Puente, Irene Kahn, and her best friend, Ray Salazar. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m.,Thursday, July 26, 2018 with Recitation of the Holy Rosary to be held at 7:00 p.m., Mission Funeral Home, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday July 27, 2018 at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. This will conclude services.
