Judy L. Silvas, 51, a lifelong resident of Austin passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday January 21, 2005.She is survived by her beloved husband; Jose Olvera, Sons; Hilario Mendosa, Jonathan Mendosa, Javier Silvas, Father; Jose Silvas, Sr., Sisters; Jean Tovar, Janet Estala, Brother; Joe Silvas, Jr., and 3 Grandchildren. Preceded in death by her beloved Mother; Janie Silvas and a brother; Jerry Silvas. Holy Rosary Recitation Sunday 7:30pm, Mission Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated Monday 10:00am at San Jose Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. Juan Carlos Lopez, Deacon Romeo Sanchez to officiate. Services will conclude in the Mausoleum Chapel of Assumption Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be her sons and nephews. Honorary pallbearers will be her three grandchildren. The family would like to extend a very special thanks to the staffs of St. David?s Hospital, Brackenridge Hospital, and The Christopher House.
