Larry Gene Carter, 62 of Austin, TX was born on December 30, 1949 to O.C. Carter and Lenora Black in Taylor, TX. He died on December 2, 2012 from health complications with his family by his side.
Larry attended Austin Public Schools and graduated from A.S Johnston Senior High School. He served as a Marine in the military. He achieved high honors for his combat skills and was honorably discharged due to a health condition. Larry had many interests and hobbies that included hunting, raising greyhounds and horses.
