Josephine G. Escobar, 66, of Austin, Texas passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, October 28, 2021.
Josephine was preceded in death by her beloved father Jacinto Garcia.
Josephine is survived by her husband, Benito Escobar, Jr.; her sons, Timothy and Jon; her mother Sebastiana Garcia; her brothers, Manuel and Eugene Garcia; sisters, Janie and Virginia and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.
A visitation for Josephine will be held Tuesday, November 2, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Cook-Walden Funeral Home, 6100 North Lamar, Austin, TX 78752. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Assumption Cemetery, 3650 S I-35 Frontage Rd, Austin, TX 78704.
In lieu of flowers it was Josephine's wish that a donation be made to your favorite charity.
