Angela Yvonne Franklin was born January 6, 1959 to Elmira and Ermant Franklin Jr in Austin, Texas. She received her formal education in the Austin Public Schools graduating from the A. S. Johnston High School. Having a zest for knowledge she furthered her education at Southwest Texas University (now Texas State University) in San Marcos, TX where she got her Bachelors degree and subsequently received her Masters Degree in Psychology from St Edwards University in Austin TX .
Her employment included working as a paralegal at numerous law firms throughout the Houston and Austin areas. Later she started with the law firm of Winstead and Associates in Austin Texas, and after completing Master’s degree she was promoted to the position of IT trainer for the firm which she held until she retired.
Church Affiliation Angela was a member of the BCOC Bastrop Christian Outreach Church which she really loved. She had a love of the word of God and loved the way we were feed at that church, she has a special affection for Pastor Joan whom she felt they were kindred souls because of the mutual love of the word they shared.
Angela’s life was consumed by her great love for God which led her to be a prayer warrior and very compassionate about helping the downtrodden. Angela was a published poet; she loved reading and writing. Angela’s love of learning made her employment in IT was right up her alley. She loved Gospel music, travelling, spending time with her family, and she loved Dana. She married Dana Rainer Anderson on November 8, 2008. She was his Love and his Best Friend.
