John (Kaizou) L. Bracken was born February 17, 1958 in Sendi, Japan. He attended Austin I.S.D. and graduated from Johnston High School. He was married to Sharron Neal and to this union three children were born, Felica Bracken, John L. Bracken, Jr., Frederick L. Bracken. He worked for the City of Austin. John joined the United States Navy in 1974. He enjoyed eating Mexican food, barbequing and spending time with family and friends. His hobbies were fishing and racing cars. He is preceded in death by his father, John T. Bracken, Sr., mother Yoshi Takahshi, adoptive mother Thelma Howard blue, grandparents William Henry and Oma Howard and aunt Henrietta Howard. He is survived by his children, Felica Bracken Price, John L. Bracken, Jr., Frederick Bracken; sisters, Eame (Emika) Easley and Milagro Netton; brothers John T. Bracken, Jr. and Reginald Bracken; grandchildren Ursula Hargis, Ayanna Bracken, Yakira Jennings, John L. Bracken, III, Austin Bracken, Preston Bracken; nieces and nephews, Yoshie Patterson, Anais Easley, Talluah Easley, Ade-Len Easley, Mara Bracken and Reginald Bracken, Jr.; cousins Eddie Dickerson, Jo Thomas, Nikki Alexander, Nina Alexander, Vanessa Dickerson and William Dickerson; grandparents Samuel and Blanche Bracken; grand grandparents Doc and Eve Bracken; his childhood/lifelong best friend Anthony (Tony) Burdett; and a host of other family and friends.
